Why Aqua Essence in your store
Aqua Essence isn't another haircare brand on the shelf. It's distilled in our Memphis lab using sonochemistry — a process that drives plant actives into water at particle sizes most haircare can't reach. Clients feel the difference on first use, which is what keeps the line moving.
We've been doing this for five years out of Orange Mound. Mostly salons, beauty supply, and boutiques. Some bulk to professional users who use it in their services. We're selective about who carries it — small, intentional, well-merchandised stores tend to sell it best.
Three lanes for working with us
Retail Wholesale
Bottled Aqua Essence (4 oz and 8 oz) for resale at retail in your shop. Three tiers from Starter (20 bottles) to Partner (100+ bottles). Margins from 42% to 54%.
Best for: salons, beauty supply, boutiques, spas, barbershops with a retail wall.
Bulk
Aqua Essence base (Original or Olive Oil) in 5-gallon jugs or 15-gallon drums. $480 to $1,400 per container. Made to order, 7–14 day lead time. Returnable food-grade containers.
Best for: re-bottlers, professional salon back-bar use, distributors, private label.
Partnership & White Label
We make Aqua Essence (and other formulations) under partner brands. Your label, our formula, Memphis-distilled credibility. From basic white label to co-branded partnerships and full custom formulation through TrialFlow Partner Services.
Best for: beauty professionals, med-spas, brand founders, retailers expanding into private label.

- Conversation. Tell us a little about your shop and what you're looking for. Use the form below, or text Davida directly.
- Sample & sign. We send a sample bottle. You sign the wholesale agreement. We confirm your tier.
- First order. First order ships within 5 business days of payment. Davida helps with shelf set-up and stylist training if you're in Memphis metro.

Made in Memphis
Aqua Essence is distilled and bottled in our lab in Orange Mound. Same hands, every bottle, since 2019.
Our process: hydrosol distillation paired with sonochemistry — ultrasonic emulsification through a Hielscher sonoreactor at 24 kHz. That's how the botanicals and oils get into the water at nanoparticle scale, which is why the product feels lighter than anything else on the shelf.
